Brief
- Develop a modern website for Skanstehof, a residential development on Hospitāļu Street in Riga;
- Present the project’s architecture, 33 apartments, layouts, interiors, location, and key features in a clear and visually engaging way;
- Create an intuitive apartment selection experience, allowing potential buyers to browse apartments by floor, number of rooms, area, price, and availability;
- Provide detailed information about apartment finishes, amenities, the surrounding neighborhood, and the project;
- Enable potential buyers to register their interest and reserve apartments online;
- Ensure responsive design, multilingual support, and optimized performance across devices.
Solution
- The website was developed on WordPress using Elementor, with a visual style focused on the architecture, interiors, and atmosphere of the Skanstehof development.
- Created a structured presentation of the project, including apartment layouts, interior finishes, location, amenities, and project information.
- Implemented an interactive apartment catalog with filtering by floor, number of rooms, area, price, and availability, together with individual apartment pages containing detailed information.
- Integrated online apartment reservation functionality and contact forms for potential buyers.
- Implemented multilingual support and optimized the website for responsive display, performance, SEO, and convenient content management.
Result – A modern real estate website was created for Skanstehof, combining a visual presentation of the residential development with practical tools for exploring apartments, checking availability, registering interest, and making reservations.
