Received a suspicious email? Check it before you click

Forward it to [email protected] or upload it below — AI will assess the risk signs within seconds.

Why we built this

We maintain and fix WordPress websites every day, and a large share of hacks start with a single click on a phishing email. Instead of only dealing with the aftermath, we built a tool that helps you catch the problem before it happens.

If you think your website may already be compromised, see our hacked WordPress recovery service.

How it works

  1. Forward the suspicious email to [email protected] — ideally using the “Forward as attachment” option to preserve the original authentication headers — or upload the .eml file, or paste the email text into the tool below.
  2. AI analyzes the sender’s domain, authentication signals (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), links (without opening them), and the text content.
  3. Within a few seconds to a minute you’ll get a risk assessment with an explanation and recommendation — in the same language the email was written in.

Check an email now

Drop the .eml file or paste the email text — you'll get an AI assessment of whether it's safe.

What the tool checks

  • the sender’s domain and authentication results (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
  • mismatches between the visible sender name and the real address
  • suspicious or disguised links, including look-alike (punycode) domains — without opening them
  • urgency, threat, and pressure language in the text
  • the overall impression AI forms by weighing all these factors together

This is a helper tool based on the information available in the email — it can’t replace common sense. If you’re still unsure, check another way too, e.g. by contacting the sender through a different, trusted channel.

Privacy

Forwarded or uploaded email content is stored for 7 days and then automatically deleted — only the assessment remains, not the message itself. We never open links found in the email.

Frequently asked questions

Do you see the content of my forwarded email?

Yes, so it can be assessed, but the content is deleted after 7 days and never used for any other purpose.

Can the tool make mistakes?

Yes — it’s an automated helper, not a 100% guarantee. A high risk score is a strong reason for caution, but the final decision is yours.

Why is forwarding as an attachment better than just forwarding normally?

Regular forwarding often loses the original technical headers that indicate whether an email is genuine. The “Forward as attachment” option keeps them, so the assessment is more accurate.

How much does it cost?

The tool is free.
