## Why a real estate project website has its own requirements

The website of a real estate project — a residential complex, an office building or a commercial property — has to convince a buyer before they ever see the property in person. Buying an apartment or commercial space is a major, considered decision, so the site needs to provide all the necessary information and build trust in both the project and the developer.

When building a website for a real estate project, we pay attention to several aspects:

- **Convincing visual content** — high-quality renders, photos and floor plans that let buyers imagine living or working there.
- **Clear project information** — unit plans, sizes, prices and availability in an easy-to-scan format.
- **Location advantages** — surroundings, infrastructure and transport links that matter for the decision.
- **Easy enquiries** — a clear contact form or viewing request that quickly connects an interested buyer with the sales team.
- **Trust** — information about the developer, construction progress and previous projects.

The work usually starts with analysing the project and its audience — who the potential buyers are, what information they need to decide, and how to best showcase the project’s advantages. This is followed by design and technical implementation on WordPress, which the developer’s team can manage comfortably, updating availability and prices as construction progresses.

We work both on new projects and on rebuilding existing project sites — for example when the current site doesn’t reflect the project’s quality or doesn’t give buyers enough information. After launch we also offer maintenance and support. You can see related solutions in our [solutions section](https://coma.lv/en/solutions/).

Yes, we add a simple form so interested buyers can quickly request a viewing or consultation.

### Do you build websites in several languages?

Yes. We build on WordPress, where you can independently update availability, prices and construction status.
