### Updates

Every month we update the WordPress core and all plugins your site uses. After the updates, we check the site’s performance to eliminate possible incompatibility problems.

### Backup

Alongside the backups your hosting provider creates, we run our own daily backups and store 15 copies on external storage — available even if the hosting account is suspended or the provider has issues.

### Uptime Monitor

We provide monitoring of your site and in case of a fall, we will know about it instantly. First of all, we try to restore the site and find out the cause of the breakdown. After recovery, we provide a report on the reasons.

### Protection

Using a firewall, we protect the site from hacking attempts, password guessing and other attacks. In case of infection or failure of the site, we restore it from backups.

### Migrations

If it’s necessary to change the hosting provider, we provide all technical support and transfer all files to a new hosting provider.

### Optimization

Every month we optimize the database, clear out accumulated drafts and orphaned metadata that bloats the database.
